Focus Training (SW) Ltd. operates throughout Devon and Cornwall delivering quality training to anyone who wishes to improve their skills, qualifications and future career prospects. We offer flexible and professional training at reasonable prices. We also access Government funding to provide free or reduced cost training whenever possible, and can help whether you are currently in employment, or are seeking work.

Overview
A half day course which transforms your frontline staff into an effective sales team who not only listen to the customers needs but maximise on those needs, whilst still giving great service. It works effectively as a stand-alone programme or a follow-up to the Principles of Customer Service – Retail.

1 day Session designed for staff new to customer service roles

Overview
This highly interactive course provides the fundamental framework to base your customer service standards on. As the new national standard for retail, this session is delivered over the course of a day and is fun, participative and addresses all learning styles allowing all delegates to absorb and retain key messages.

Focus Training have recently been OFSTED inspected. Each inspector met with a variety of learners and employers that work with Focus and the overall grade that we achieved was a Grade 2, Good.
