Focus Training are able to help your business with Leadership and Management Development. We can assist you to access match funding  through the Skills Funding Agency to support stragegic leaders in developing their skills which will also be of benefit to the company.

In order to be eligable the company must be a Small to Medium sized enterprise (SME) which means that there are less that 250 full time or equivelent employees and must not be a sole trader. The company must also have the potential for high or fast growth.
