Recruitment Process
Focus Training are working in direct support of the Careers South West and the National Apprenticeship Service to support your organisation with high calibre Apprentices. The stage process that we follow is as follows:
Stage 1
A Focus Training representative will book and attend an appointment to meet with the employer to discuss and draw up an advert based on the job specification and any particular qualities the employer is looking for within an applicant.
Stage 2
Focus Training will then advertise the vacancy with Careers South West and the National Apprenticeship Service where we can manage the applicants, carefully selecting the appropriate ones suitable for the position. Focus will lease with the employer and the applicants to book suitable times for interviews to be conducted by the employer.
Stage 3
Focus Training will invite unsucessful applicants to Focus Training HQ to meet with a member of the Business Development Team to look at; Interview Skills, CV building and support in areas applicants feel weak. Focus Training will also offer the opportunity to apply for any other vacancies we currently hold as part of our service.
Stage 4
Sucussful applicants will recieve phone call from Focus training and a letter confirming their start date with the employer and Focus Training will be in contact within a week of begining at work so the sucessful applicant can meet the assigned Training Consultant and book a date to sign up for the selected qualification.
