How it works?
Focus Training. are working in direct support of Careers South West and the National Apprenticeship Service to support your organisation with high calibre Apprentices. The stage process we follow is:
A Focus Training representative will book and attend an appointment to meet with the employer to discuss and draw up an advert based on the job specification and any particular qualities the employer is looking for within an applicant.
Focus Training will then advertise the vacancy with Careers South West, the National Apprenticeship Service and on our website where we can manage the applicants, carefully selecting the appropriate ones suitable for the position. Focus will liase with the employer and the applicants to book suitable times for interviews to be conducted by the employer.
Focus Training will invite unsucessful applicants to the Focus Training centre to meet with a member of the Recruitment Team to look at; Interview Skills, CV building and support in areas applicants feel weak. Focus Training will also offer the opportunity to apply for any other vacancies we currently hold as part of our service.
Successful applicants will receive a phone call from Focus Training and a letter confirming their start date with the employer. Focus Training will make contact within a week of start date to arrange for the successful applicant to meet their assigned Training Consultant and book a date to complete the necessary paperwork for the selected qualification.
