The Principles of Customer Service
“In partnership with People 1st, the UK licence holder of the WorldHost training programmes, Skillsmart Retail, the Sector Skills Council for Retail, has adapted the WorldHost Principles of Customer Service Programme for the retail sector. This programme will be delivered exclusively through the National Skills Academy for Retail.
National Skills Academy for Retail provides high quality, consistent training and business support for retail businesses and their employees, through its network of retail skills shops. Specialist trainers in the retail skills shops will deliver the WorldHost Principles of Customer Service – Retail programme exclusively throughout the UK.”
As Focus Training are part of a Retail Skills Shop, Plymouth Retail Education and Training group, they are eligible to deliver this course. Focus Training has 2 qualified trainers for this course who have both been professionally trained to deliver the course standardised right through the UK.
This course is a one day course and can be delivered in Focus Training HQ or within your workplace. The course will come with a Workbook which is used throughout the day (to keep) and on completion you will recieve a Certificate and a Pin Badge.
