	Fantastic news, Focus Training has been working closely with Cornwall Farmers delivering Train To Gain NVQ level 2’s in Customer Service at their Three Milestones branch, in Truro. Seven staff members have all demonstrated their competence and achieved the NVQ within seven months. The individuals to be congratulated are:Phillipa Haines, Peter Asplet, John Lawrence, Jaccqui Tyler, Yvonne Ellery, Caroline Opie, and Claire Flexman.

A presentation by the Managing Director and open day on 22^nd March 07 at the Truro branch was a great success with media coverage in West Britain and the Cornwall Farmers cooperative newsletter.

A rolling programme of level 2’s in Customer Service, Retail and Team Leading will be delivered at their sixteen Retail establishments

Focus has also been able to assist Cornwall Farmers with training their staff in short bespoke and accredited courses that suit the company’s needs, so far courses have included; The Seven Steps of Selling, CIEH certificated Health & Safety at Work, STEPS (Managing Change) and Appraisal and Leaderships skills.
