An NVQ is a nationally recognised qualification and its delivery is a mixture of training and then assessment of skills. All assessment and most training is undertaken in the workplace. You will not have to travel to us – we come to you!
We also specialise in working with employers to deliver training that meets the need of the individual. Let us train your staff to a national standard, or let us deliver our short courses which we can develop with you to maximise your company’s potential. All training is offered across Cornwall and Devon.
We aim to provide the following:
- Dedicated, qualified trainers and assessors, able to work flexibly in partnership with learners and employers
- An individual training plan for each learner based on prior learning and future needs
- Assessment and training in the workplace at mutually convenient times
- Unbiased advice, guidance and support
