How to find us

Rebecca Brett

Rebecca signed up with Focus Training on 3rd May 2004 on a Management Level 3 NVQ qualification, she was 21 years old.  She was working in The Wardroom Restaurant in Salcombe, as manager, for two partners in business one being her mother. At the same time she was undertaking fashion modelling, something she had been doing for four years, but only on a casual basis.  Rebecca is a very attractive young lady and had always thought she was looked upon for her looks alone and not for her brains.  She decided to do something about this by signing up for her management qualification and an A level in Accountancy, which she funded herself. Once she had achieved both qualifications she now felt she had the academic results to go with her looks and the confidence to broaden her career in London. After working as manager in the restaurant for 18 months she applied for and got a job In French Connection in Covent Garden. This position was a sales assistant but she thought it was a good foot in the door and with her newly acquired qualifications she knew it wouldn’t be long before she climbed up the ladder. This proved correct and before long she was offered the position of Junior Assistant Manager with the flagship shop of French Connection in Oxford Street. Her next move was as Manager in the FC concession in Selfridges then on to a brand new store in Russell Square in a prestige shopping centre.  All these moves happened over a period of 18 months. During this time she has continued with her modelling career with Nicole Farhi designer and Steven Marks director of French Connection.  She can be found on many fashion websites including Lorna Yabsley and Devon Today.
