Job Description

This is a new and exciting role for an enthusiastic and reliable candidate to join a small but very busy legal services team. Richardson's are a small, busy, team so any candidate would have to be capable of using own initiative yet be proactive in developing new skills.

Vacancy description

This new role is to provide business and reception support to senior staff dealing with new and existing clients.  A lot of our customers are 60+ so an empathy for communicating with mature clients will be expected.  Roles will vary but would include;

  • Assisting with inbound/outbound telephone enquiries and despatching relevant documentation
  • Supporting senior staff as required
  • Dealing with new enquiries and despatching relevant letters
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail/e-mails
  • Ensuring all business records are kept up to date
  • Meeting/greeting clients and providing a positive image when dealing with clients
  • Checking documents and to ensure they are compliant and responding to correspondence in a timely manner
  • Maintaining and respecting customer/client confidentiality at all times

  • Good communication skills both face to face and over the phone

Things to consider

Company are planning on moving from current location towards the end of the year (very close to current address).

Working week Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (30 minutes unpaid lunch break). Maximum working hours will be 37.50 per week so working times will be confirmed at interview. :

Things to consider

Job Description

Ki Martial Arts imports and wholesales martial arts equipment and clothing. The warehouse role will involve the efficient picking, packing and despatch of customer orders as well as assisting with stock control, stock rotation and the safety management of warehouse areas. Roles will be varied but could include;

  • Taking delivery of goods and supplies, picking and packing goods for despatch
  • Storing goods and managing stock rotation
  • Checking for damaged goods and missing items
  • Moving of stock both manually and with the aid of a pump truck and possible forklift truck (when trained)
  • Assisting with all aspects of digital, heat press and sticker printing
  • Creating design images for printing
